aspell-kk software package provides Kazakh dictionary for GNU Aspell, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aspell-kk
aspell-kk is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aspell-kk package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aspell-kk *
You will get with aspell-kk package name, version, architecture and description in a table
